From a young age, Bob knew he wanted to work in something he was passionate about, living by the classic saying, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day.” As a car enthusiast, it was only natural he started a career in automotives. His entry into the industry started in 1982 as a sales associate in California. Since then, his passion for cars hasn’t faded. Instead, he’s now found a new passion – leading teams to success. As General Manager, he believes it’s his purpose to uplift his team and support them in every way possible.
Bob has been part of the Forman Automotive team for over 13 years and enjoys living in the vibrant city of Las Vegas. Most notably, he loves that it is a service town, which inspires his managing philosophy that they treat their customers like gold.
