Brian Rutt
Director of Compliance and Reporting
Brian Rutt began his career in automotives when he was 19 years old. At the time, he had recently purchased a vehicle at United Nissan Reno and admired the team’s efforts and kindness. Shortly after, Brian applied for a sales position and has been with the Reno team ever since. Over the years, Brian has worked his way up the ladder and is now Forman Automotive’s Director of Compliance and Reporting. In his role, he oversees the group’s performance markers and finds new ways to increase customer satisfaction, team trust, and other KPIs. Though he’s always had a love for cars, Brian says what keeps him happy is working with an amazing group of people. As a native of Northern California and long-time Reno resident, Brian enjoys nature and outdoor activities. He also loves how close-knit his Reno community is and enjoys seeing friends every time he’s out running errands.
