Charmaine Guiang
HR Director
Charmaine Guiang first started at Forman Automotive in 2019 as the company’s HR Recruiter. From her hard work and dedication, she quickly grew to be the Human Resources Director and now oversees all HR-related functions for the 5 locations. Charmaine says she enjoys being involved in many projects, as well as helping the local teams with any of their needs.
As a long-time native of Las Vegas, Charmaine has seen the city blossom to what it is now. Originally from the Philippines, her family moved to Las Vegas when she was only 12 years old. From the beginning, she fell in love with the hospitality industry and decided to pursue a career in it by attending Nevada State College. Though she loves the city, she makes an effort to return to her roots and visit the Philippines every couple of years.
