Lisa Cleveland wasted no time and joined the automotive business fresh out of high school as a Title Clerk at Ford and then a Contract Clerk at a local auto group. Cleveland served as Office Manager at Saturn of West Sahara for three years before stepping into the role of Controller at Tobin Rolls Royce Bentley, Hummer & Infiniti. In 2006 she opened up Cleveland Motors and ran the company with her husband for a year. Following business ownership, she moved to Planet Hyundai for a year and then started her current role with Forman Automotive in 2009.

Charmaine Guiange first started at Forman Automotive in 2019 as the company’s HR Recruiter. From her hard work and dedication, she quickly grew to be the Human Resources Director and now oversees all HR-related functions for the dealerships. Charmaine says she enjoys being involved in many projects, as well as helping the local teams with any of their needs.

Lee Keach began his career in the automotive industry at the ripe age of 21. He cut his teeth handling high end and exotic automobiles for the founder of Robb Report Magazine, Robert White. Continuing with his entrepreneurial spirit, Keach went on to manage his own company in another industry, however, just three short years later the auto industry lured him back.

Brian Rutt began his career in automotives when he was 19 years old. At the time, he had recently purchased a vehicle at United Nissan Reno and admired the team’s efforts and kindness. Shortly after, Brian applied for a sales position and has been with the Reno team ever since.

Bob Plakinger is the General Manager for United Nissan. From a young age, Bob knew he wanted to work in something he was passionate about, living by the classic saying, “If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day.” As a car enthusiast, it was only natural he started a career in automotives.

Don Forman is the Founder and President of Forman Automotive. In June 2003 Mr. Forman entered into an asset purchase agreement with United Auto Group and subsequently became 100% the owner of United Nissan. Under Mr. Forman’s leadership, United Nissan has been the number one volume Nissan Dealer in Nevada during his ownership period.
